Stillwater Creek Retirement Home

Overview:
Still Water, a high-end retirement and healthcare facility was designed and built by Caregard a leader in Canadian retirement home industry. It is located in the West end of Ottawa and provides numerous services for seniors; it consists of an apartment building attached to the multi-storey retirement facility and a chronic care wing.

Our Role:
Given that Still Water is a transitional facility in that it can adjust to the needs of its residents as they move from independent to assisted living, this project provided many challenges. It encompasses innovative systems not found in today's standard high-rise buildings. Boldt Electric worked with the owners, engineers, and the builder to ensure a highly functional, safe, and properly designed facility was achieved.
